Return and Refund Policy

At 2One6Armament.com, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review the following information regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once an order has been processed and sent for fulfillment, it cannot be canceled or modified.

2. Returns & Exchanges

As most of our products are custom-printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product is damaged, defective, or an error occurred during production. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with the following details:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the defective or incorrect item
  • A description of the issue

Once we confirm the issue, we will provide a solution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will replace it or issue a full refund upon verification. Please take photos of the damage and contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Once we receive your request, we will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

4. Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will verify the issue and either send a replacement or offer a refund, depending on the circumstances.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of custom print-on-demand services, the following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Apparel and clothing
  • Personalized items
  • Items that are made to order (including printed and customized products)

6. Refunds

Refunds are available for defective or incorrectly fulfilled orders. In the case that a refund is issued, it will be processed to the original method of payment. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product. Please note that refunds are not available for any items that have been customized, personalized, or used.

7. Shipping Issues

We cannot be held responsible for issues caused by the shipping carrier, including but not limited to delayed deliveries, lost packages, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate before placing your order. If your package is lost in transit, we will assist you in contacting the carrier to file a claim, but we are not responsible for the resolution of shipping-related issues.
